How do I receive my wallpaper?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. There's nothing to ship and no waiting.
What's the difference between static and live wallpapers?
Static wallpapers are high-resolution still images (PNG). Live wallpapers are animated and loop smoothly as moving backgrounds.
Which devices are supported?
Static wallpapers work on any phone, tablet or computer. Live wallpapers can be used as animated lock screens on most modern phones and as animated desktops with a live wallpaper app (for example Wallpaper Engine on Windows or a similar app on Mac).
How do I set a wallpaper on my phone?
iPhone: save the image to Photos, then go to Settings → Wallpaper → Add New Wallpaper.
Android: long-press your home screen, tap Wallpapers, and choose the downloaded file.
My download link isn't working.
Check your spam folder for the order email, or contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll send a fresh link.
Can I get a refund?
Because wallpapers are digital downloads delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If a file is damaged or not what was described, contact us and we'll make it right.
